Nancy Gonzalez Oversize Croc Clutch

nancygonzales_clutches.jpgnancygonzalez_whitecroc.jpg

I can not get enough of this oversize clutch trend and this simple croc from Nancy Gonzalez makes it even easier to fall for! It is not gigantic like some I’ve seen (some are so ridiculous it looks like document holders), it is 11.5″ x 7″, so enough to wrap your hands around and carry all your requisite belongings. It is lined in suede with croc piping throughout with triple compartments and a magnetic closure, so we’re talking about a detail oriented bag here! Again, simplicity in design goes a long way especially when investing in an exotic, that is why Nancy Gonzalez is the obvious choice – reasonably priced and stands the test of time and trends. The reason she is able to maintain her price point while every other designer is hiking their prices is because her brother runs a crocodile farm that supplies her needs. Smart move and great teamwork there! Also available in beige, chocolate, black and red for $1850. It also comes in ring snake for $2035. Contact Lillian Vera at Neiman Marcus at 561-805-6150.

  1. Yesterday I looked at that Bag at Neiman’s & then at Saks

The large one was very badly made & it was quite dissapointing….

  2. i have a little orange card case by nancy. It is so fab! It is starting to age a bit and it the color is turning so pretty. Love it!

  3. Have you seen the Red? It is such a gorgeous red. Great for fall (& the holidays) Its really a good looking Croc. shiney red.

  4. Frankly, I don’t understand how Nancy Gonzalez’ bags are so celebrated. They are simplistic in their designs and the prices astronomical. I don’t even know if she is an actual person. I looked for at least a website (of her company), and I could not find anything. I would like to know how she started out and how she got to get her bags at Neiman Marcus, etc. etc. Because like I said, she is not that original. Besides, someone here commented on how badly the bag was made. So, is it handmade or machine made??? I would not buy Nancy Gonzalez. There are other more deserving luxury designers from South America. Come on!!!

  5. Nell,

I feel the same way!! I have unfortunately purchased a Nancy G. clutch and not only was the skin hard and crunchy it started to crack!!! This was one of the biggest wastes of money ever!!

I was shocked that Neiman Marcus would carry such inferior merchandise.
