Three Years of Bag Snob: A walk down snob lane Part 1

lvpatchwork.jpg

I had a moment of nostalgia and browsed around some of our old posts and found some old favorites.  Who knew we’d have anything more to say after over 1,700 entries?!  In the beginning I had no idea how to use the software, I had to send all the text for Kelly to upload for me. Those were fun days when we were figuring all this out! Here are some I thought you’d enjoy,,,  (I won’t overload you in one shot, this is a 3 part series)

LV Barf Bucket circa December 2005

The Season’s Worst circa March 2006

Pierre Hardy circa April 2006

Invasion of the Giant Bag circa May 2006

Trick or Treat circa October 2006

Michael Kors dreams of Camelot circa October 2006

  1. ha ha, horrendous stuff! I wonder what would be today’s value of those bags- don’t think that anyone would pay more than $400 for most of that stuff, especially the ‘season’s worst 06’bags.

  2. That was fun. I think you girls have become nicer with time, or maybe designers have heard your scolding and become better. Are some of your 2006 faves up next?

  3. I do think you’ve gotten nicer over the years. I spent some time laughing at the links you’ve put up there. Can’t believe some of those disasters!

  4. Tina, Kelly,

BRING back the “season’s worst” list! That was hilarious! Bored with the best, and would love to see the most atrocious, hideous bags. And, please don’t say you’ve sold out to editors, and need to be polite!

  5. Kelly… you are hilarious. I have to stifle my laughter to avoid startling the people around me at the coffeeshop.

Please please don’t ever stop your impeccable and HILARIOUS comparisons…. haha.

  6. I’m glad I found this site when I did. You’ll have plenty more posts, especially now with Snob TV. It’s unlike any other fashion or handbag blog out there. One of my favorite posts on this blog is the Louis Vuitton post (the virtual tour). I hope that you develop a TV show in future. There is absolutely nothing on Australian television that can be compared to Snob TV/fashion insider news.
