I’ve never understood the Agyness Deyn obsession (though I have to say I loved her in the JPG Madame Perfume commercial). I know many people like her stereotypical “downtown,” casual style, but something about it seems so calculated to me — I refuse to believe that, that mismatched outfit she’s wearing in the photo above was just randomly thrown on! Above she’s pictured in Katherine Fleming Kate Shoulder Bag ($1,950) in blue. I’m not loving the shade; it looks a lot better in black though I can’t help but think it looks a bit like a cross between a Chanel 2.55 and the Nina Ricci Pony Bag gone wrong. It doesn’t seem like a practical day-time bag and the chain link looks cheap. I do like the pleating detail and the push-lock closure (though one of my Miu Miu bags has a push-lock closure and it’s a real pain in the butt when you need to get something out of your bag fast). Any positive features about this bag are however obliterated for me by the price, which I think has one digit too many.
What do you think about this Katerine Fleming bag? Snob or Slob?
It reminds me of cheap/ luggages/bags circa early 1990’s. I used to scratch lines vertically down the horizontal foam (don’t tell my mother) :p

Slob. I’ve looked at Katherine Fleming bags at Barney’s and they look both contrived and cheap.

I love Agyness and her style. I met KF last night at Barneys Fashion Night Out and couldn’t believe how nice she was to me…I am dreaming of her new purple bags I saw there.

Never have liked her style (reminds me of a college gal that just rolled out of bed and had to run to make it to her midterm and when I did that no one called me stylish) and I defintiely don’t like the bag either
