Sure this bag is hideous, but what you don’t know is, you can be transported Back To The Future with the built in flux capacitor. Imagine all the things you can do, like buy Birkins before prices hit 5 figures, collect the original Chanel 2.55 and of course, sell your shares of PPR before Tom Ford took off. I thought Gucci was finally going in the right direction with their back to basics collection but this could be a positive sign for the economy, people are starting to buy impractical and over the top bags again with exorbitant price tags. I actually looked at the post this morning saw the picture and loved it then read the word hideous and was puzzled. Yeah sure it does look like something brought from back to the future but hey the Gucci bags are going on a self discovery journey (that has taken them a long time) maybe futuristic wont be that bad.
This bag is just plain scarey. It looks as though it could hurt both the carrier and anyone who might happen to walk by, what with all that hardware….
This part of their men’s and women’s spring collections is a true befuddlement. These furturistic designs are part of the men’s collection too, and I just don’t get it. Who will buy this stuff? Complete fashion victims?
I agree with you 100% – it is hideous. There must be a lot of better stuff to spend your money on.
This bag looks heavy. However, I am loving it, and this is usually not my style. There are alot of hideous bags out there, but I don’t think that this is one of them. I agree that this bag is probably impractical and over-the-top, but that’s the part that I like about the bag.

Yes, the bag is over the top, just like the price. And, that is why I love it. If one has to pay so much money for a bag, it should definitely look like something one can display, under glass or on a shoulder.
