OPI Ski Teal We Drop

opi_ski_teal_we_drop2.jpg

I wore this color during Fashion Week and although I was wearing Alexander McQueen, the only thing people noticed was my nail color. This has been my favorite color after my summer bright turquoise. I wanted something a little bit more subdued but still colorful since it’s not dreary winter yet. This teal looks like a color from the 60’s, when they really experimented with new color combinations. It is flat (not opalescent) which is the only nail finish I wear, so it gives it a very modern feel in a very vintage tone. This is one of those colors that works well with many skin tones, I am fairly dark so blues work well but I have seen this on fair women and it is just as eye popping and amazing. OPI Ski Teal We Drop SWISS COLLECTION for $7.20.

  1. Oh, I like! I favor flat polishes as well because the opalescent ones have too much streaking going on. I’m loving the new metallic and chrome finishes though. I have a shade called ‘Almost Famous’ from Sephora by OPI and it is the most flattering shade I own (almost like a golden taupe that reflects BEAUTIFULLY). Check it out, Kelly. I swear you’ll fall in love!

  2. Thanks for the review and the insightful photo too! Having seen this now on your blog I have just ordered some 😀 along with an OPI rapidry set 🙂
