Lauren's Hope Medical Identification Jewelry

Yesterday I blogged about not understanding the appeal of dog tags in modern fashion, so it seems like a fitting time to highlight Lauren’s Hope, a line of jewelry that looks to add some visual excitement to medical identification pieces and turn them into more light-hearted “jewelry” pieces. The line includes medical ID bracelets, necklaces, ICE (In Case of Emergency) dog tag necklaces, medical identification luggage tags, medical ID ankle bracelets, and custom engraved medical ID tags. A number of the pieces in the line were created with children in mind, so most everything is playful and affordable. They’ve also got some men’s pieces like the metal medical ID bracelet above on the right, which can be customized with up to three lines of medical information.

What do you think about this line? Would you wear any of the pieces in lieu of your own medical ID bracelet/necklace?

DO YOU LOVE IT OR HATE IT?

  1. I dont wear a medical bracelet and I was not even sure what they look like until I googled them (there are all sorts, some are actually very nice). But I guess if it is something you have to wear every day, it better be pretty (sleek, funky). So it’s nice that there are designers out there who think about it. I like the one that is all metal.
