Good old fashion board games are what used to keep families together before the days of the Internet and TiVo. It’s impossible to compete with that level of entertainment and I’m strictly speaking about myself! My tots will always take me up on an offer to play a board game but I will be brutally honest, board games are more like bored games for me especially when this week’s Grey’s Anatomy is waiting for me on TiVo! So when I look for games to play with my tots I am actually shopping for myself. This game is simple and more fun than watching McSteamy walking around with no shirt on (ok maybe I’m over stating it just a tad). Who doesn’t love labyrinths? This game is a basic treasure hunt but mazes are built to block your opponent. The board is different every time. We’ve got a long winter break ahead of us, plan wisely or your head will start spinning after the 20th time of watching Frosty the Snowman (that song will haunt you even while you’re sleeping!!).
