I adore dresses, more than ice cream (which is a lot), but during the winter I find myself not buying dresses. As much as I’d like to buy them, I stick with pieces I can wear immediately, like sweaters. This Tibi Raindrop shift dress is adorable and can easily be worn season to season without a problem. Wear this jersey dress with thick tights and knee-high boots during the winter (obviously add a few more layers if you live further north than I). During the spring and summer, the dress is light-weight enough to wear and still be cool and breezy. Something about a high-neck, 3/4 sleeved, shorty short dress that I find so sexy and lady-like. What do you think?
