Oh my lord, if there was ever a shoe worth breaking my back for, this would be it – it is high up on my must have list. But I shouldn’t be so dramatic, I live in LA so these could be my valet shoes – walk from valet to my table and back. Easy peasy. But of course, my walk in must be a slow saunter so everyone can get a good look see because these are that kind of attention demanding shoes. This is snake print canvas, which is kind of good because you want these shoes just for a couple of seasons, not one to invest your entire retirement fund on. The juxtaposition of the snake print, cork and nude silk grosgrain is exciting, soothing and sensual all at once. Snake has an aggressive nature so the soft ballerina like ties is a genius touch to give balance. At Kirna Zabete for $1120.
I agree– I love the mix of material. This is the perfect casual spring/summer shoe. It really would go with anything.
I like the print and how it continues onto the platform leaving the heal in cork. I would probably remove the tie as I don’t have the slimest ankles.
