When it comes to unfortunate acne breakouts, unsightly razor bumps, nasty sunburns, post-waxing bumps, general irritation, and any other assault on our delicate skin, Brave Soldier offers our skin a fighting chance.

Code Blue is an intense yet gentle silicone-enhanced aloe gel (enriched with witch hazel, tea tree oil, menthol, eucalyptus and peppermint oils, green tea extract, and Hawaiian sea algae) that provides a thin protective layer to shield and heal your skin. It basically creates a silky yet mild film over the inflamed area and it instantly soothes it back into smoothness, leaving a pure and healthy glow. Formulated by the dermatologist-turned-founder of Brave Soldier, Dr. Ezra Kest, this lotion radically reduces troubling irritations, restoring your skin to its natural self. It’s cooling and soothing and just what we need after a long, hot summer. If only Code Blue did the same for all of life’s other minor irritations! On Amazon for $15.75.

  1. I’m concerned that any product featuring witch hazel, menthol, eucalyptus and peppermint oils can be promoted as soothing, since these are known irritants. I hope it works well for its users, but I’d be scared to even try it.
