Deborah Lippmann Holiday Gift Sets

When it comes to holiday gift sets involving nail polishes no one can beat Deborah Lippmann. With special gift sets available exclusively at Nordstrom, Barneys, Neiman Marcus, and Juicy Couture it’s near impossible to pick just one new holiday Lippmann shade to wear! Deborah Lippmann Get This Party Started Set ($42 – $54 value), is an awesome buy for all the glitter fanatics out there. No one does glitter like Lippmann and this set has her uber popular Happy Birthday shade (rainbow sparkle with a clear base), along with two other rainbow sparkle polishes (one with a pink and the other with a black base). Another glitter-tastic option is the Dance Music Mini Lacquer Set ($29), which comes with bold teal, fuchsia, and gunmetal glitter and you can get some individual limited edition glitter polishes for $18 each as well. For $40 ($48 value) you can get her Fashionista Nail Lacquer Gift Set Trio, which has two metallics and a sheer neutral. If you want a little bit of each Lippmann’s Trendsetter Lacquer Set ($35) includes a nude,  a metallic green glitter (this shade was used on the Badgley Mischka runway), and a deep green shimmer. For an individual shimmer polish Lippman has the limited edition cabernet shade, Good Girls Gone Bad, and for an individual metallic there’s the limited edition rose gold, Glamorous Life  (love this one! It’s inspired by a Rolex and does a great job of mimicking the look of rose gold).

Out of all the polishes and out of all the sets however, my favorite ones have to be the ones Lippmann created for Juicy. Seriously, I’m converting my friends — one at a time — to Juicy. The brand still has somewhat of a NJ housewife/J. Lo tracksuit stigma, so a lot of women I know shy away from the brand, but their stuff is seriously fantastic so ignore your pre-conceived notions about them and go to one of their stores! After bee-lining for their Bird section check-out their holiday beauty buys, which include this fantastic polish set ($48) and this one ($48…love the red!), and the piece de resistence, a gold glitter polish paired with a champagne flavored and shaped lip gloss ($48) – double love!

DO YOU LOVE IT OR HATE IT?

  1. Hi! It never crossed my mind to actually buy a set of nail polish as a gift! What a great idea, and absolutely glam to the core 😉 I have always loved gold-ish coloured nail polish (like the Deborah Lippman ones in your picture above) as I thought they have this class to them. Gold and silver to be precise. 🙂 Thanks for sharing! Now I’m off to add an additional gift idea to my list!

    Cheers,
