Frugal Friday: Ro “Python” Zina Tote, Accessible Exotic

You think you’ve seen a lot of python totes? I bet you have yet to see one at a price point this nice. Sure, this isn’t actual python, but Ro’s Zina tote looks fantastic and has function to spare.

This work bag (it’s big enough for a laptop and then some) will happily do double-duty over the weekend as a chic carry-on. Not only does it look decadent, but the details are amazingly luxurious. An outer zipper pocket always does me in, but this tote has it on both sides making it the handiest bag ever. Plus, two large interior pockets and pen and phone slots! It makes for a striking big top-handle, but I’m glad it has a shoulder-strap option. With everything you’ll be tempted to toss in it (cuz it has the space), this could get heavy.

I never thought an embossed tote could be pretty and practical enough to make me forget about real python, but I’m obsessed! At Roztayger for $530.

Pair with: Pick up the Kate iPhone clutch-wallet, so you can pull it out when you’re running quick errands and leave the big bag in the car. With the same exotic-effect leather and a detachable wristlet, it makes for an accommodating clutch you’ll be proud to carry on its own. At Roxtayger for $220.

  1. I have purchased a few things from Roztayger.com. Great website and selection. I love the look of the Ro “Yasmin” and Ro “Clover” also, but brought the Ro “Zina” a few months ago. It is gorgeous. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. I like it that it doesn’t look like other briefcases, and I can store my legal size files in it. Also, looks like Python but doesn’t freak me out (at the thought of carrying a large dead snake)!
