SJP Carries VBH: Just Dessert

Sarah Jessica Parker got a jump on the monochrome trend Wednesday night, wearing head-to-toe neutral-cream for the opening of her hubby’s Broadway show, Nice Work If You Can Get It. Her Jil Sander coat and Rochas slipdress would have very well engulfed her petite frame (there is such a thing as too much of one color!) if it weren’t for the brilliant clutch she carried along.

VBH not only knows his way around a spectacular exotic, he is also versed in executing pastels with panache. No Easter-egg gaudiness here. Just a swoon-worthy rainbow of tasteful colors – Sorbetto snake and Shiny Rose lizard, to be exact – bringing even more springtime statement to this bag. Sarah Jessica holds the Prive clutch in her hands (which I think look oh-so chic), but in reality this could make for a versatile shoulder bag to float from day to night. With a pair of minty Manolo Blahnik pumps to pick up on the skin, this sweet bag is a major win (this was a loaner to SJP- the bag is one of a kind and available at the VBH boutique for purchase!). Not only for her ensemble, but for snobs everywhere craving sophisticated color. Dessert is served!

While Sarah Jessica’s bag was a one-off (lucky girl!), Kara Ross’s Zanna python envelope clutch has a similarly enchanting way with color. At Neiman Marcusicon for $780.

  1. This bag is amazing. I’ve seen this before and I the more I see it the more I love it.

  2. I love this bag! I think she looks great as always and I would really like a one of a kind handbag too please :O. I think that not directly matching her shoes nut to the general pallet was a good shout. Pastels are so big this season especially when it comes to women’s shoes.

  3. Fantastic dress, and styled beautifully!

  4. Lovely bag,the colours are so rich!

  5. it’s love bag, do you design such type of bags ?
