I am starting to get a little obsessive about how my hands look, or to be exact, how my hands need to stop aging. It really is true that hands show your true age. I have hand creams galore, but none with sunscreen protection. Until now.
Soleil Organique Environmental Defense hand cream contains titanium dioxide, a non-penetrating mineral filler that provides protection against UVA rays (they cause long-term cell damage) and UVB rays (which cause burning). Added to that are: Red Algae, Vitamin C Ester, and Vitamin E to boost SPF, maintain skin firmness, reduce brown spots and wrinkles, and keep hands smooth and silky. Sounds like a dream cream to me.
I keep this hand cream gem in my bag at all times, especially when I am driving and can’t hide my hands from the sun. I love the natural ingredients (it also has chamomile, shea butter, and aloe vera juice), and it’s gluten-free to boot – not that I have a problem with it on my skin, but you never know! If my tummy doesn’t like it, then the largest organ on my body could probably do without it, too. At Soleil Organique for $32.
That looks like a very nice product! I don’t have wrinkles or brown spots on my hands just yet, but you never can start using a preventative cream too early. I love products with shea butter too.
