Gianmarco Lorenzi Patent Open-Toe Sculpted Pumps: The Final Cut

Talk about taking shoes to new heights and otherworldly spaces – these exuberant cutouts stand on a dangerously pin-thin stiletto that nears 6.3”. Starting with a typical patent peep-toe pump, you wouldn’t expect all that wildness that lies right beneath. It makes for an effect that’s amazing, if slightly bizarre.

Sculpted and carved into something so exotic, it could have walked right out of a Tim Burton film. Gianmarco Lorenzi‘s pumps are certainly not for the sweet girl next door. On the contrary, these are for the club-stomping vixen. I don’t know if we have Gaga to thank for the interesting shoes of late. But whatever is in the air, it’s keeping shoe whores on their toes, literally. On Luisa Via Roma for $974.

Pair with: Don’t ease up on the drama. Toss on Rick Owens’ Naska coat, wool-felt contrasted with metallic-leather sleeves, for dark-hearted glamour. On Net-a-Porter for $2,420.
