Paris Fashion Week 2012 Beauty Recap

It’s finally a wrap for fashion month and as always the best was saved for last. Here’s a look at the most notable Paris Fashion Week looks.

Alexander McQueen: Who needs hair and makeup when you’re all covered up with a beekeeper hat!? Things were kept “simple” at McQueen with hair wrapped and tucked into stocking caps and faces kept naturally bare.

Chanel: Forget the hula hoop bags everyone is buzzing about, I am dying for an oversized Chanel tweed skirt suit with jumbo pearls and… naturally I would need this hair look to go along with it!

Chloe: Meant to tie into the collection’s 60s influence, models had a rectangular shape copper cat eye applied on a natural face (just moisturizer, concealer, and a cream peachy blush). Who knew copper could look so fantastic on pale skin?

Stella McCartney: Here’s a look that most of us who want something bolder could easily pull off. Groomed brows, a clean face, a little mascara, and a vivid eye liner on the inside rim of the eye.

Christian Dior: Given the elaborate eye makeup, it’s little surprise that skin and lips were left bare. No one should ever go out in public with Swarovski crystals spread across their face, but for the runway…pure perfection!
