Osklen and Alejandro Ingelmo for Hurricane Sandy Relief:

Osklen and Alejandro Ingelmo provide Sandy Relief

Here in New York, the weather is never usually that big of a topic. With last week’s arrival of Hurricane Sandy, that totally changed, and now the recovery is on the mind of every soul here. While there are a variety of relief organizations, there have been some really creative and amazing charitable initiatives in the fashion world. Worth mentioning are those by Alejandro Ingelmo and Osklen.

Alejandro, a favorite of the Snob team, designs some of my favorite shoes for both sexes. He’s stepped up to the plate now, and will be donating 10% of sales from his SoHo store at 51 Wooster Street until November 9th, 2012. Donations will be sent to Feeding America, a hunger relief organization, which is helping those affected by the hurricane.

The fabulous Brazilian brand, Osklen, will be donating 10% of sales, too, to the Red Cross to aid in Sandy Relief. You’ll be able to shop in New York at 97 Wooster Street in SoHo, and 1101 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach.

Go shop New Yorkers and Floridians!
