I’m so happy to see a well-priced shoe that won’t break the bank! Why aren’t there more in the $400 range? Shoes under $500 tend to look hooker-ish, which makes these Sigerson Morrison a good find. The ankle strap pump has a subtle snake-print on the band, giving a nice contrast to the rest of the sleek leather. A Velcro closure is super convenient but to be honest, it’s not my favorite. This is where you start to see why the price is lower. But it isn’t a feature anyone else can see, so I’ll accept it. The classic style of this basic black shoe gives it serious longevity and versatility (try them with leather leggings or a skirt – the options are pretty endless). At Saks Fifth Avenue for $450.
Pair with: Valentino’s rockstud leather dome handbag (at Nordstrom for $2,095) will complement your sexy pointed-toe pumps perfectly. Back to back black!
