Red, White, and Blue: America the Beautiful

Red, White, and Blue

Are you Snobs ready for July 4th?? In honor of Independence Day, turn your vanity red, white, and blue! I’m not suggesting you leave the house looking like a flag, but make sure your Americana meter is on high. We’ve got all the most patriotic picks from the boldest red lip to the bluest eyeliners. Even once the holiday is over, these products will continue to serve you well all summer.

Tarte LipSurgence Lip Tint: You don’t want to be reapplying lipstick all day – get a stain like Tarte’s that requires minimal attention and yet still offers maximum color. At Sephora for $24.

Shiseido Urban Environment Tinted UV Protector Broad Spectrum SPF 43: If you plan on being out in the sun all day (and even if you don’t!), SPF will be essential. At Nordstrom for $30.

Laura Mercier Crème Eye Liner: To get the starry-eyed look, line your lids with bright blue stripes! Laura Mericer’s waterproof formula will stay on throughout all of your dips into the pool. At Nordstrom for $22.

Dolce & Gabbana Nail Lacquer: How pretty is Dolce & Gabbana’s gold-topped packaging? The product looks just as good on, so paint some fiery red nails to keep your style sizzling. At Sephora for $24.

Colorsmash Hair Shadow: Everyone’s at least thought of dying her hair a crazy color like blue. Since you have the day off from work, make the most of it! The hue will wash off easily in the shower. At Sephora for $15.

  1. I love these ideas for the 4th of July! Taking some everyday products and turning them up into flag festive looks. Also the hair chalk is a great idea! Just remember blondies, sometimes products like hair chalk say temporary but for blondes it could last quite a while!

    Thanks for the great content!
