Ohm K is a new Brooklyn-based yoga wellness brand launched a few months ago by a yogi and a cycling instructor.
I’m pretty obsessed with Barry’s Bootcamp, a boutique studio where you alternate running with body weight and resistance training. When you run, you run facing a mirror, and I almost always run in a Nike sports bra. Maybe it sounds cheesy, but there’s something empowering about seeing that Nike swoosh as I sprint.
Don’t get me wrong; I do love apples and carrots sticks, but most days they’re not enough to satisfy my in-between-meal cravings. Unfortunately the old saying goes abs are made in the kitchen, and it couldn’t be more true.
I was really curious to try these EPIC bars, but once I actually got my hands on them…I chickened out! I’m not a big meat eater and even though these bars are made with high quality, mostly organic ingredients I somehow couldn’t get myself to try them…but I was so damn curious!
It’s that time of year again! College graduations are upon us, and if there’s one thing that graduates love more than anything else–except maybe September start dates–it’s presents.
I can’t even tell you how many people have bought a Clarisonic because of my raving about it. I used to use it everyday after my workouts at Barry’s Bootcamp and there was almost no day when at least one person didn’t ask me about it. Even though it has been months since I’ve used it, I still have people coming up to me every so often at the gym to tell me they bought one because they saw me using it.
