I have gone through every kind of eyeliner and I always get the black eye look after a few hours of wear and let me tell you, this has been going on since I was 13 when I started wearing eyeliner so there has been many years of trial and error. I finally discovered this secret when I got a professional makeover and my eyeliner has been clean and fresh ever since.
