Nars Orgasm/Laguna Duo

Post by Beuaty Snob Nicole

I’m sure by now if you read this site, you either own or have heard of Nars Orgasm blush. It is something like one of the most popular blush colors ever. As a stand alone product, it is quite spectacular. I have about 10 shades of blush. I just went and counted and it is exactly 10. I have a problem. I continue to turn to this shade again and again – above all others.

Well, the brilliant folks over at Nars went one step further and combined the famous Orgasm shade with a fabulous bronzer: Laguna. Virtually all makeup artists and beauty magazines would attest to the necessity of using blush in addition to bronzer in order to achieve that perfect glow. This combination not only gives your face more dimension, but makes you look radiant. And who doesn’t need a little radiance?

Plus in an era of constantly running to and fro: dropping kids off, going to work, to errands, to cocktails (the list goes on), how great that two fab products come in one neat little compact? I not only use this product in the morning to get ready, and then throw it in my purse, but I always pack it for trips as well. I’m all about an edited makeup bag for travel. Added bonus: since it is not a liquid or gel, you can carry it on the plane. I find baggage claim to be a real time suck. Who wants to wait around in the airport when you’re going on a short vacation? So any time something comes along that I can carry on that doesn’t break any security rules, I’m a huge fan! So to look super fab every day, for touch ups, and to look like a stellar snob while traveling, I recommend the Nars Orgasm/Laguna bronzer blush combo, available at Sephora.

  1. All my girl friends use this, and they LOVE it!! Suck in your cheeks and brush on a little bronzer, and then smile and brush on the blush on the apples of the cheeks. This will contour the face and make it look slimmer. Alternatively, you can simply just layer on the blush on top of the bronzer.
