Built in France by Berchet, this vehicle features an adjustable seat, working horn, and rechargeable battery. The accelerator and brake pedals are both foot-operated. The car tops out at 2.5mph. While that may sound slow, I warn all Mom Snobs and Dad Snobs to protect your legs. When my daughter first learned to drive her battery powered car, my husband and I suffered from flattened toes and bruised shins for weeks until she got driving down.
