When I went to Paris for the S/S 2009 shows Emanuel Ungaro was one of my favorites — the colors and styling always put a big smile on my face! This season however I’m having a hard time deciding what to make of the two-toned lips MAC makeup artist Tom Pecheux is responsible for. He painted the models’ lips fuchsia then added bright orange just to the top lips. It’s obviously very 80s inspired, but Glamour Magazine had a chance to speak with Pecheux and he said that he did his best to make the look modern by pairing the bold lipstick with a bare-looking face. This kind of reminds me of that episode of Sex and the City where SJP goes to LA and wears the same shoe, but in different colors on each of her feet..loved that (and have done that myself!), not so sure about this. Would you wear this out in public? I vote snob for the runway, slob otherwise.
