  1. this blog and its readers clearly are not the type to enjoy monogram bags, so why the frequent monogram features of late?

that aside, the vuitton totally monogram is a bit “meh”. i like the totally damier azur much better, it looks 10 times more impressive than the monogram version.

  2. Why are you even mentioning the abhorrent logo monstrosities? Neither snob or slob. Hmmm, starting to think the blog is doing more product placements than editorial snobbery.

    Cherie – word.

  3. I like it, the tote and side pockets are so useful. I’m a classic monogram girl. Don’t crucify me!

  4. Hi jahpson,

It’s being sold online exclusively until June 1st. It will not be available at stores until then 🙂

  5. Well, usually I don’t like LV bags and I don’t like monograms/ logos, but this one is really not bad.

  6. agree with you puss

this is not so bad and at 800 bucks it’s not that outrageous. there are still fans of the classic logo. why such hate girls? i’d like to think that the blog caters to us all and not only you supposed “snobs”

  7. I don’t know of many other bags that are as functional and durable, able to take as much abuse, both verbal and physical, and still retain its simple, clean-lined classic look, especially at their price range.

  8. They are great travel bags because of the available sizes with zip tops and they are very low maintenance.

  9. Ah, the world of snobs remain divided amongst the LV devotees and the LV loathers. Can’t we all just get along? lol

For me, I am not a monogram fan but do like the style of this tote. If they make it in another skin, perhaps..

  10. I think LV is highly overrated, so just to be a bag snob, I just refuse to buy LV. Everywhere you go, there’s someone toting an LV bag…please, save your individuality people!

  11. i don’t see why you can’t love LV and not be individualistic at the same time. i totally do not dig this totally monogram- saw it in person, in azur at that- and did not love it. but if someone else genuinely does due to personal preference, just because half of the bag addict population do, does not mean that person has no sense of indiviualism.

just as some people bully other people into liking something, some of the snobs all around bully other people into hating it. i was never a fan of the monogram line, prefer the damier but if someone else does, i’m not going to force my opinions on anyone. i say we just respect each other.

  12. I have to agree with one of the other reviewers, this looks way to much like a diaper bag (I’m a mother of 2 I should know lol). How ever I still love louis vuitton. LV is class and elegance. I know it may seem like its every where but come on the company has been around for nearly 200 years, plus its the worlds most imitated designer handbag (The good fakes are nearly flawless, nearly as far as the monogram is concerned). I guarantee that if anyone of you whom are hating on LV receieved an authentic bag you wouldn’t turn it down. LV is a most have (at least one) in any handbag collectors collection.

  13. I agree with Jennie. Nobody can deny the durability and low-maintenance of LV. I have put my Speedy and Neverfull through hell and they both still look gorgeous. Can’t wait to put some miles on my latest Delighful!
