Mercury in Retrograde: A novel by Paula Froelich

I can not wait to get my hands on “Mercury in Retrograde” by Paula Froelich (as in New York Post Page Six Gossip Columnist thank you very much– who knows dishy gossip better than Paula!?!?). Froelich brings her sharp wit and insider’s perspective to a story about three very different women who–in classic New York style–just happen to share the same SoHo address. I am attending a private party and intimate dinner for Paula this week (hosted by Gigi Howard and Kimberly Schlegel Whitman)– I’m going to try and pile her with wine to get the inside dish on the novel and will of course report back to you. Grab your copy today and hit the pool or beach for a juicy read! Mercury in Retrograde: A Novel at Amazon.com

  1. I just saw her on The View and its next on my fun read list! I just finished both of Tatiana’s books after reading your post on HFW – fun reads! (and nice mention to you Tina) I’m sending her and the publishers an email, I noticed an abnormal amount of typos in one which I thought odd, have never seen so many.

  2. How fabulous…. I do like it when you suggest books, the last two where great reads!! Look forward to hearing on the party!

  3. Yes, Paula and I have a mutual close friend who is organizing all of this. Apparently Gigi Levangie Grazer (of Starter Wife) is going to be there, too! I love it, a party of strong and independent women! Will get photos and post sometime over the weekend. xoxo

  4. I’m not a fan of Paula F but Gigi Grazer is a whole other story!! Love her!! I cried when “Starter Wife” was canceled. I heard a rumor a few months ago that the series will come back on another network but haven’t heard anything else. Please corner Gigi at the party and ask her if the series will be back. Pretty please!!

  5. My friends and I live for Page Six!

I just ordered the book, thanks for the recommendation. Any other must read books? I got your friend Tatiana’s books, too and I have to say Hedge Fund Wives was not as good as her first book Gilding Lily. Like Kiersten, I found too many grammatical errors and it was very distracting!
