Maybe it’s because I’m from NYC and not Cali, but while I watched “The City” religiously (word is they’re filming at Elle for season two!), I can’t get into “The Hills” anymore (though I did watch episode 1 of “I’m a Celebrity Get me out of Here” on Hulu just to see Speidi! Spencer is so awful I won’t even comment on his behavior except to say I’d be curious to meet his parents. As for Heidi, even though she was crying and a sweaty, bitchy mess, it was nice to see her without all her usual makeup overload). All that said, besides being partial to NYC, I also think the ladies of “The City” had better style. Unfortunately, while I’m usually a fan of Whitney Port, I’m not digging this wannabe-grunge look. The rolled-up boyfriend jeans would look nice on a beach, but look awkward with that cropped leather jacket (are those sleeves too short or is that just me?), and the headband. I also am not a fan of all these strappy shoes that everyone seems to be wearing as of late. What do you think — snob or slob?

WHOA – harsh! Your take on Whitney’s outfit amused me, but not in a bad way. Her jacket is not working here and her hips look massive! Could it be that she looks like she has so many layers of white tees on?! I thought her outfit was okay until I stared at it for a while… yeah, not working me anymore! But how can you NOT love strappy shoes?! Although I’m not liking the Louboutin Differa heels that everyone seems to be so fond of. Anyways… Whitney Port: Snob! There’s worse out there!
