When summer comes around, I look forward to shopping the Kate Mack collection. They have the BEST bathing suits and cover ups for little girls. Just look at this Copacabana Sarong ($26) and you can see why I am obsessed. For bigger girls, they are up and down, in and out of the water, so a overhead hoodie cover up or even a zipped up cover up is too much to deal with.
