This is nothing like my Bottega Veneta Superlight, or is it? To quote Sinead O’Connor, “Nothing compares to you, [Bottega Veneta]” but this shape is really very similar especially with the thickly braided handles. Of course, the best part of the Bottega Veneta is the special painted degrade effects, which this clearly does not have. And the color, well yeah, the pink is a bit harsh and the black boring but, BUT, it is still cute and interesting and could, a small could, stave off your yearning of the real deal since there is a wait list a year long and the price difference is significant.
