Beauty Look Marc Jacobs Spring 2011

With a makeup guru like François Nars and a hair genius like Guido Palau for Redken once again working on the Marc Jacobs beauty look, how could it be anything but stunning? The two trends Nars was focused on where creating glossy green eyes and a deep matte lips. Nars (pictured above), remarked that the look was meant to be “very reminiscent of Angelica Houston in the 70s-the bleached brows and

the deep eyes,” adding that he wanted the models “to look like

iconic models from the 70s with a modern approach.” Jump for the key products used and insight into the hair (frizz is in….apparently!).

All of the models’ hair was finished with Quick Dry Hairspray No. 6.
