Cynthia Rowley is always fun and young but this season it’s a more subdued fun that’s easy and fresh. I love the palette of soft mint, rose and pollen. It looks fantastic with the ivory ground, not so much with the dark grey. The theme is invisible and see through with cut outs, perforations and sheer overlays. I’m extrapolating here but I love the idea of seeing through what you’re wearing to get to the real you. The banded and peep hole dresses are a more wearable Rihanna interpretation or for you older folk, Milla in the Fifth Element. And again, for the 80’s crowd, you will love, as I did, the all over rock buttons!! That’s good for the younger set but if you want more sophistication she did a similar feel with large stones.
