Jimmy Choo Bali woven raffia hobo bag: Vacation, anyone?

jimmychoobali1.jpgjimmychoobali2.jpg

It’s no secret that I adore hobos, and this one is nestling into a special place in my heart. A place where I dream of wearing it with a pretty little white sundress on a hot day, somewhere near the ocean skipping around, eating a strawberry ice cream cone. Or on a cool fall day with a pair of knee high black boots, tights and this.

Traditionally, woven bags like this are too summery- looking to wear in colder months, but the Jimmy Choo Bali woven Raffia Hobo bag has adorable black leather buckle details and gold hardware which gives this light bag a bit of a darker edge. This is such a classy looking bag I would wear it year round.

Still, it does remind me of summer and makes me want to take a trip far away to sit on a beach and build the tallest sandcastle ever. Then admire it triumphantly while sipping a soda to later have a drunk guy knock it over.*Based on actual events.

Want to take a vacation? Pick this beauty up at Net-A-Porter for $995.

  1. As much as I respect Jimmy Choo, there`s nothing about his handbags that makes me wanna wish for one. I like classic styles, but this just looks boring

  2. I do like the bag, but it still is raffia, so I don’t think I’d have the nerve to wear it all year round. But if you do, go for it!

  3. This is such a great raffia bag. Love how the details mean it would look great with your knee high boots! Super versitile.

  4. This bag looks very well made for it being made with raffia. I love the detail on this hobo and for Jimmy Choo it’s a great price. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Is this too much to wear with a matching fedora? Would love cute with espadrilles and a flowy white dress. A little too expensive though for what it is.
