Deborah Pagani: Get Your Rocks Off

garbo_jewels2.png

What would Greta Garbo had worn if she was a cutting-edge rock star? Deborah Pagani. The Manhattan-based jewelry designer, known for her serious eclecticism, has created a new collection that evokes glamour and rock simultaneously. Her Art Deco-inspired jewelry debuted at Barneys New York in NYC and Beverly Hills on April 18, primarily offering her “Queen Bee” and “Talula” lines. This collection has sophisticated, sharply angled silhouettes that feature piercing gems, such as cognac and black diamonds, purple turquoise, rose de France amethyst, and blue topaz. Fine jewelry that is also a bit edgy is hard to find, and even harder to wear (unless you’re attending galas and red carpet events), but Pagani’s pieces are as wearable as they are exquisitely stunning, it won’t be hard finding an excuse to show them off! With names like “Dagger” ring, “Talula” Pendant, “Grace” Earrings, and “Nico” cuff, Pagani announces she makes jewelry to evoke old-school vintage allure with a radical rock ‘n’ roll twist.
