My favorite shoes to kick around in when the sun shines are Sperry‘s in all different shapes and colors. These shoes are perfect for everything from running errands to catching a baseball game or a casual dinner. Easy, pretty and preppy they are a no-nonsense option you should check out.
My first top pick is the Original 2-Eye Boat Shoe. This is a casual design that comes in a plethora of patterns, colors and textiles including deerskin, seersucker and canvas. They are insanely comfortable (just got my second pair and I have lived in them since they arrived) and they go with everything. These are $90 (varies a little depending on which pair you chose, but not by much) and can be found here.
Second on the list is the Naples shoe. It is a bit of a dressier option and I wear these to work with something like a paid of tailored black pants, a button up
and a fun blazer
. If you are concerned about keeping the white leather clean, don’t fret, they come in othe colors. The soft leather with the foam padding is like walking on a cloud. Comfortable and chic, these are a great option for $98.
Last but certainly not least are the Montauk Slip-ons. These are a cross between the more casual 2-Eye boat shoes and the Naples. They have a thin sole which makes them look less like a sneaker and more like a flat so you could wear them to work with the right outfits, but they still have more of a casual feel with the stitching so you could throw on a pair of jeans with these and look great for $90.
