Nosefrida The Snotsucker Nasal Aspirator: A Job Only A Mom Can Do!

The first thing that grabs my attention here is, of course, the name. Anything called “snotsucker” requires a second look – even if you’re pretty sure you don’t want to know what it’s about.

Even though it sounds rather crazy (not to mention gross), Nosefrida actually has a very smart idea. We all know that if you do not properly aspirate fluids from the nasal passages, they can lead to sinus or ear infections. All of this anatomy is connected and germy fluids love to travel. Since tots don’t really know how to effectively blow their nose, you need to help them out.

The Snotsucker Nasal Aspirator for baby allows you full control over how much and how hard to aspirate. The tube is long enough to keep you out of direct contact with boogers (!), which are really nasty even if it is your own kid! We all know the limits of aspirator bulbs (you run out of suction right as you’re getting the snot out) and electric aspirators (too little control for my taste – I certainly don’t want to suck my child’s brains out!). So, with flu season in full swing, this effective “snotsucker” tool comes in handy. Of course, it was invented by the crazy Swedes, who are always thinking outside the box! On Amazon for $15.13.
