The spice girls made every twenty-something and above s’ dreams come true when they reunited to perform two of their best songs ever at the Olympic closing ceremony. As they belted out “Wannabe” and “Spice Up Your Life” I couldn’t help but think of how great they look- especially Emma (biased). The girls all put on a great show and had the costumes to boot. Speaking of boots- I kept staring at Geri Halliwell’s sparking ankle cowboy boots. They distracted me a little from Posh’s glare and scary’s bodysuit. They just looked out of place to me. Not only are sparkles weird on boots to begin with but the dress itself wasn’t very- boot friendly. I would have switched those out for something show-stopping. After all, it is the Olympics. A pair of rainbow Christian Louboutin’s seems fitting for the occasion. These super-high Daffofile pumps are python perfection with all the colors you could dream of. They’re also eye-catching and made to turn heads. Other than the cowboy boots- the show was glamorous and just as I remember it back in the day- larger than life.
