By Kilian just launched a new collection, The Jewels & Leathers of L’Oeurve Noire, inspired by the tradition, centuries ago, when perfumers would infuse men’s gloves with fragrance. The result is a capsule collection of wearable perfumed necklaces and bracelets, which yes…it’s a bit gimmicky, but the eight pieces (available in gold or rhodium; $245 to $465) actually look great so who’s to argue? Plus they come in five fragrances for the bracelet or in one of 29 Kilian fragrances for the necklaces so you can easily coordinate with your favorite scent from the brand. The scents are delivered via one of two delivery systems. Either via micro-encapsulated fragrance or removable ceramic disks coated in scent. Either way you can replace/re-spray the scents.
