For a long time, Mary Kate and Ashley were known for their oversized bags (and oversized dresses, sunglasses…you know), but it seems they know how to pare down just as well as they know how to go big. This structured, ivory tote is just the right size to be your everyday bag, taking you from work to lunch with friends to late-night drinks with your honey. Here’s my only issue: Other than the flexible top handles, there aren’t really any eye-catching details. While The Row is luxury all the way and minimalism is often the most luxe approach to design, I would love to see more distinguishing accents, hooks to draw us in. I appreciate the clean and straightforward aesthetic, but there just isn’t enough going on to get me to bite down on and actually buy this bag, especially since it’s so pricey.
