Scentbird: The Birchbox for Scents

Scentbird-Subscription-Service-Review

I’m a die-hard fan of Tom Ford’s White Suede (at Bloomingdale’s for $215)…like next level-obsessed. I had a near anxiety attack when I was trying to re-order it and saw that it was unavailable on every major online site. In a panic I emailed their PR rep and learned the packaging was being changed, and it was not – thank God – being discontinued. As much as I love and can’t imagine living without White Suede, it is on the heavier side and its muskiness makes it more of a nighttime scent. I’ve fluctuated around with my daytime perfumes. Hermès and Cartier have a few I love, but none as much as Tom Ford’s. Now a new website, Scentbird, has launched and it’s designed for people who, like me, are still looking for a go-to favorite or for people who love switching things up when it comes to their fragrances. Take a short quiz on the site and the site will generate a page of recommended scents based on hundreds of reviews. You can then pick one and they’ll send you a 30-day supply for just $14.95. It comes in a nice, black and easily portable spray bottle making it perfect for travel. Your first order also comes with a holding case. If you opt for a monthly subscription you’ll save and can pick a new fragrance each month. I still have yet to find a White Suede rival but in the meantime I do love Paco Rabanne Ultraviolet (on Amazon for $35.99)!
