I just discovered this Greek line, and now I love everything they make! The anti-cellulite cream is the standout, though, especially for summer. The rose pepper moisturizer promotes circulation, enhancing the skin’s surface for a firmer and smoother look and feel. Not only will it give you gorgeous legs for bikini season, but its cooling sensation (the result of menthol) will help you beat the heat. This is the only kind of lotion you want to put on in the summer – a refreshing, lightweight formula that won’t feel sticky. When the temperatures get so high you barely want to apply any cream at all (all that gunk just makes me feel hotter), it’s nice to have something that won’t leave a residue or appear oily.
My favorite time to apply is after a post-workout shower. The increased circulation soothes tired, achy muscles, and the scent isn’t overpowering. I actually don’t smell any pepper, and the rose isn’t that powdery, old lady variety; it’s woodsy, bringing home the point that 97% of the ingredients are all-natural. Of those components, pink pepper, artichoke extract, and green coffee work to improve the look and firmness of skin; Greek thyme honey, almond oil, and vitamin E moisturize; and juniper, rose, and black pepper essential oils serve as aromatherapy. I had a hard time finding this in the States, but, of course, it’s on Amazon! Apivita cream on Amazon for $44.90.
